What is your training and experience in dermatology?
Dermatology is a fascinating specialty and I really, really enjoyed it when I did it as a medical student. It’s excellent because I see both adults and paediatric patients. And as well as looking at skin rashes, I also assess skin lesions and do skin surgery. So it’s very, very variable.
I did my dermatology training in northern Ireland, which was absolutely fantastic. And then I went on to do some specialty training and dermatology and blistering diseases at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology here in London.
I currently work at the University Collage Hospital London in my NHS role, as well as working here at Clinica London.
